Domiciling Engineering In-Country

In a bid to develop in-country Engineering capacity, and ensure compliance with the NOGICD Act, Daewoo Nigeria has built a Hundred and thirty(130) sitter capacities Engineering Base at her Port Harcourt(Onne) facility.

Human Capacity Development

Training and retraining of man power is a culture inherent in Daewoo. Annually, Daewoo trains many Nigerians in different areas of technical endeavor. Daewoo is also supporting the training of Nigerian graduates in engineering, QA/QC and Project Management through the Nigerian Content Human Capacity Development Program during execution of her projects. Skills and technology transfer to Nigerians is part of what Daewoo is doing in Nigeria. We build capacity of Nigerians with emphasis on Host Community and Nigerian subcontractors.
