Afam VI Combined Cycle Power Plant Project

In November 2005, Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria awarded the AFAM VI Combined Cycle Power Plant Project to Daewoo Nigeria Limited.

Project Scope:

The contract scope covered the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Works for the 670MW Combined Cycle Power Plant.

The Combined Cycle Power Plant at Afam, Oyigbo, Rivers State comprises:

- Three (3) Units of G/T 150MW 

- One (1) Unit of S/T 220MW

This project was completed and commissioned in March, 2012.
